    April 12 20012, I was shopping in your St.Croix Loblaws . When I went to the self serve I payed and retrieved my loose change but forgot my $10.00 in the bill return. Walking away I realized I forgot my $10.00 .When I went to get it a man in a baker uniform brushed me aside and told me it was not my $10.00.I said yes, I have the receipts in my hand he said no not my money , Said he watched me on the screen "is bakery in charge of self serve and who is he to TAKE my money with no explanation . Upon checking with the cashier I was found to be correct and it was my $10.00 because it was documented. When making a complaint, the manager had a camera said he didn't take my picture which is weird if they have a monitor and was talking to the baker.When the manager and I spoke the baker was acting menacing and the manger had to sent him away.I was given no complaint and was wondering about all the money that is forgoten Why are we being observed by a baker who knows who else the carriage boy, frozen foods guy and not a trained professional. Please correct, this as the manager said I"ll talk to him. Not my idea of an apology.Going as far with this as I can so that baker will not ruin and insult anyone else and also a manager that has control over his employes is a start and with customer civility!!!!! Mark Miller Very poor shopping experience. Hope you take this to heart cause it was a horrible feeling being accused of staling in front of neighbors. Next call to the police to see if charges can be filed for taking my money and and verbal insults.
